If you don't know this blog superstar, she's Ree Drummond, aka The Pioneer Woman. I highly recommend her blog!! She's gifted, seriously!
Well my dear daughter wanted to try out her Cinnamon Rolls 101 recipe, one little problem ... the recipe makes enough for a whole ranch-load of cowboys (she lives on a cattle ranch). So with some calculations, we quartered the recipe.  Here are the basic ingredients.
Oops forgot a crucial one!
First you heat up some milk, oil and sugar, after it almost boils (scalds), you have to leave it for 45 minutes to an hour (kiddo went grill shopping with Daddy) until it cools down. Add in the yeast and flour..

Mix up the dough...

Let it rest and double in size...
Roll the dough out into a thin rectangle...

Butter up your pans.."my you're looking fetching today!"
Pour melted butter over the dough.

Then sprinkle with some sugar...

and a lot of cinnamon....
Roll the dough up toward you and then pinch it to seal....
Cut into 1 inch slices and put them in your buttered up pans...

Let them rise for 30 minutes..then bake.  Mix up the maple flavored frosting...
Pour it all over the warm buns *snicker*
+
Enjoy!

Are you in? Here's the recipe for the sinful treats.  You won't be sorry!!  Your house will smell amazing!!  They taste even better!
*Cook's note: You might want to quarter the recipe down like we did unless you want 8 pans of cinnamon rolls...just sayin'....
