April Happenings

I am behind in my blogging and thought this would be an April/May post but I will have to make May it's own post as this one is long enough! 

Willow has been settling in and enjoying the views from our windows.

I don't think she saw this guy/gal though!   They didn't stick around long.

Remember the eclipse? We went to the beach to check it out.

We discovered a bocce court near our house.  

I love walking through the little towns around us and finding the local libraries.

I shared that we got a new kitchen faucet in this Costco post and here it is. We love it!

We've also been checking out local eateries.  This place had a really good avo toast!

I took Willow out on the patio for some fresh air and sunshine (on her harness and leash of course).

I still can't believe we can walk to the beach whenever we want to.

Our niece and nephew visited us one weekend. He's saying "Bye Ocean"!

I discovered a local candle/ceramic shop and I'm loving their candles and refills.

Coming home from this NYC trip and I always need some Willow cuddles.

We received this beautiful bouquet of flowers from some very special people.

{Shopping} Tiny Trader Joe's Haul

Sometimes I only need a few things or only have a few minutes to pop into TJ's and this was one of those times.

I've bought these peas twice now and I can't wait to get more. I'm not even a cooked peas kind of person but these raw peas are so good in salads.

I stocked up on a few staples and planted the basil and rosemary outside.

 I must have been in a savory mood.  The Original savory thin crackers are a staple for me but the newer Vegan Cheddar Style Crackers are amazing too. They are quite addictive and hold up to any dip really well.  Try these tasty crunchy treats!

I feel very fancy with this Italian Sparkling Mineral Water.  I will definitely be buying more of this!

{Travel} Riviera Maya Trip - Days 4 & 5- The End

Hey..I'm back!! After over a week of travel, I'm here to finish up our Riviera Maya trip with our last installment.   It was pretty much more of the same from:

Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

We started our morning a walk and coffee.

We went back to the spa again too. I got another massage and Mr. Click did the hydrotherapy. What can I say? We like what we like!

Another day at the pool.

Just floating on by!

They had a taco boat (even though this one says Margarita Boat).

That night we got to go to dinner in one of the fancier restaurants, JWB Steak House. I wore this fave jumpsuit. It comes in handy for tropical trips.

We tried some delicious cabernet.

Cheers to our last night!

Our last morning was beautiful and sunny.

More coffees and walkies.

We did a full tour of the hotel and took some of these photos from the top floor.

Such a beautiful place!

In case we didn't remember where we going, this sign was there for us. ;)

Before we knew it we were on the plane and heading home. It was a very relaxing and quiet trip.  Much needed!

{Theatre} NYC Little Shop of Horrors

I won the Broadway ticket lottery again and this time for Little Shop of Horrors.

City Girl #2 had been wanting to see this version starring Jinx Monsoon and Corbin Bleu so it was meant to be!

I took the train to the city and we had a nice dinner together before heading to the theatre.

We were early so we had time to explore the theatre...

...and take a few photos.

We had really great seats!

We enjoyed a little prosecco before the show started.  It was a lot of fun and the cast was amazing. 

Mr. Click was driving up the next day so we could help her start to move to her new place. We got some bagel sammies before we started the moving.

They had to run back for another load of stuff so I started organizing her kitchen and took a break to put my feet up for a few minutes. I love her new place! It was a very fun and productive weekend in NYC.
