{Photography} NEW Headshots

 City Girl #2 needed some new headshots and we had time over the rainy Memorial Day weekend to shoot them. 

 I was really rusty and not used to shooting in my new space but I think we got some good shots.  I used an AI feature in Photoshop to change the backdrop in this one.

This was a fun one with the pencil in the bun for this literary lass.

I was also really rusty at editing and Photoshop but I've been working on these edits and feeling better about my skills.   

Speaking of fun, we pulled Toki in for a few shots (bribed her!)

Look at that tongue! She's too cute!

{Photography} Beth's Headshots

I'm really loving taking headshots lately and Beth's session was no exception.

Beth saw the photos I took of her friend and asked me to do some new headshots for her.  Those eyes!

You might remember this sneak peek from a Four On Friday post.

 She was a lot of fun and super bubbly.

 She was up for anything!

 She told me that she had a really hard time picking out her favorites.

I'm glad I didn't have to!

 Her friend Jen came for moral support and was such a big help to me.

I had to snap a few of Jen who is always camera ready!

I think this sums up Beth's reaction to her photos! Mine too!

{Photography} Dawn's Headshots

Taking professional headshots has become one of my favorite passions-especially when the client wants a less traditional look to the images.

Dawn is a good friend of the family and I was honored when she asked me to take some new headshots for her.

When she was in town visiting her family we set up a day to take some photos.

The brick background is my favorite. I love the texture and her eyes! Ka-zing!

She was such a good sport. I know it's not the most comfortable thing to do but if you can relax and get into it, we always get better photos.

That's easier said than done but I had a secret weapon to help me. Her cousin was there to make her laugh and smile (and fix any stray hairs!)

When she got the edited images to review, she said it was so hard to pick a favorite. That's a good problem to have.Pin It
