Sorry I've been MIA for a few days and haven't been able to blog but I'm back and ready to share my birthday weekend happenings from last weekend.
They started with some flowers from Mr. Click-I love the fall colors!
This made my mom heart explode to see my girls together in Dublin and having fun. It was the perfect birthday gift!
Onto the celebrations...
We headed into the city for the evening.
First stop was dinner at
Bar Bombon (a vegan Latin tapas restaurant) and I had their Puerto Rican punch of the day. Everything was delicious and hard to believe it was all vegan. The Spanish meatballs in romensco were fabulous! We had some time after dinner and did a little shopping and walking around. I used my birthday coupon at Anthropologie!
We walked about 10 blocks (gotta burn off all of that good food!) and arrived at the Walnut Street Theatre to see Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn,
I love the movie Holiday Inn so I was excited to see what the musical was all about. The hubs had never seen it so it was all new to him.
It may sound strange that they were running a holiday show in early October but the show isn't just about the winter holidays and takes us through an entire year.
There were lots of familiar songs and the staging, cast and costumes (so many costume changes!!) were spectacular!
The fun didn't end there and we went to see A Star Is Born on Saturday night. It was amazing. Who knew Bradley Cooper could sing and he also directed the movie. I see Oscars in their future!!
The humidity was taking a toll on my hair and I was so ready for a cut and color!
Soooo much better!
I got a new 'toy' for my birthday and it's a beaut! I'm still getting used to it and that's why I didn't get much blogging done last week.
I ended my birthday weekend with a beautiful restorative Ganesh yoga workshop. Bliss!

Your hair, I LOVE IT!!! Yay for fun birthday celebrations and ahhh your pretty girlies!! OMG, A Star is Born took my breath away. So we listened to the soundtrack on the way home and I cried all over again!! Happy Monday!
