I'm interrupting my Disney recap posts to bring you our super simple costume idea. If you need to catch up, start here.
Here are the pieces we used to pull it off:
1)Newsboy cap (I found this one at Kohl's)
2)Red scarf (I had this)
3)Red Suspenders (thrifted at Goodwill)
4)Vest (from an old costume)
5)Umbrella (from this Gatsby party)
6)Hat with flower crown around it (that way I can reuse both)
7)Thrifted shirt (from an old costume) and ribbon for the neck
8)Black skirt (thrifted from Goodwill) red ribbon pinned on for the belt
Super thrifty and easy!

I LOVE THESE COSTUMES TOO! I especially love that umbrella and the fact that you have gotten to use it for two costumes now is pretty spectacular! I can't believe you thrifted the majority of these!
