Radish Hashbrowns

I'm not a big fan of radishes but people were raving about them so I had to give them a try. They are delicious and really don't taste like radishes.

First wash your radishes. I used two small bags of them.

Then thinly slice them like this.

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the radishes and onion.  Saute and add spices.    Keep stirring it all around in the pan.

Continue stirring and cooking them until they are golden brown.  Serve immediately.
I dare you to try them! :)

Hi Heather, I'm dropping by from my blog where you just left a comment on my post about ocean being my fav color. Thought I'd drop by and check out your blog. This one caught my eye because I love radishes and hash browns. The recipe sounds yummy, going to try it. If you attend blog parties, I invite you to attend some of mine or all of them. There are currently 4 different ones running. Hope to see you there!!
