The soup might make a perfect St. Patty's Day dinner. I'm not big on the whole corned beef and cabbage thing. That cookbook looks fun.
Oatmeal leek soup sounds awesome! Leek is one of my favorites, but I've never heard of this soup before!
Potato candy sounds like an impossible combination. Very interesting.
