{Recipe} Sweet & Salty Colored Popcorn

The winner of my CanvasPop giveaway is:
 Cindy@Creations by Cindy
Congratulations Cindy!! Couldn't have happened to a sweeter lady!
This was another treat that I made for our Irish Night celebration.
It couldn't have been easier and can be adapted for any occasion by changing the food coloring (or skip the color all together!).
I used this recipe but added food coloring.
Here's how I did it.
Ingredients:
 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
2 1/2 TBS Coconut Oil
1/3 cup agave
1 tsp course salt
gel food coloring
Pop the corn in 1 1/2 TBS coconut oil.  When all of the corn is popped, pour into a large bowl and set aside.
In the same pot, add remaining coconut oil, agave, salt and gel food coloring. Heat until bubbly.
I posted this fun photo on Instagram when I was making it. :)
Pour the sauce over the popcorn and toss it around lightly to cover all of the popcorn.
Pour popcorn out onto two parchment covered baking sheets.  Bake at 250F for 40 minutes, tossing occasionally.  Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
Serve and enjoy!
(Warning, your teeth and tongue might turn slightly green while eating it, but it's worth it!!)
Let's keep in touch!
