{Recipe} Soy Curl Fajitas

I was excited to find some Butler Soy Curls at the Pop Up Vegan Flea Market but I wasn't sure what to make with them.
 Soy curls are a meat alternative made from non-GMO soybeans.   Most of the recipes I found used them as a chicken replacement so I decided to make "Chicken" Fajitas.
 This is what they look like right out of the bag (in their dried form).
 They have to be hydrated in hot water for about 10 minutes before use.( I used half of the bag of soy curls.) Now they really look like chicken strips!
 After I drained the soy curls, I added them to a pan with 2 sliced bell peppers and half of an onion.  I cooked them on medium high, adding some No-Chicken Veggie broth to cook them and keep them from sticking to the pan. I also added poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, dash of chili powder & liquid aminos.
 To serve: I warmed up some corn tortillas and added some Chao cheese, scallions and a squeeze of fresh lime.
The second batch got some red cabbage too. Delish!
