Busy-ness!!!

These two have been keeping me busy!
Life has just been too chaotic lately. I thought things slowed down in the summer!!
Dropped this one off at her pre college summer arts program for an entire month (sob!).
Before she left, she did this.
Yes, that is an uber cute outfit to wear to the ER but check out her right ankle (and fancy footwear).
A cheer injury sprain! Luckily she's all healed now and able to use it again.

My youngest has been busy with her art lessons and Irish dance camp and now she's starting Summer Stock!   She also had her piano recital.
I'm always shocked at the price of these Steinways..this one goes for a cool $135,000!
Love it in black and white too.
Lucky girl!!

She memorized her piece this time.

On an un-lucky note (bad piano humor), she's also been breaking out in hives almost every time she goes into a pool. This is new and not so convenient in the summer. (duh!)
I have to get her to an allergist...STAT!! Does anyone have experience with this?

We are working on lots of projects too....here's a sneak peek.
Hope to be back soon with lots more posting!!

All I know is that both of their sandals are SUPER CUTE! Way to go the piano lessons and irish dance. She will always be grateful for that.

Congrats on being featured on Welcome Wednesday. Steinways are awesome sounding, huh? I would love to learn how to play the piano. I started when I was younger, but gave it up. That's one regret I've been carrying around for
years. :(

Beautiful pics. Sorry about the cheer sprain, OUCH. As for the hives, must be a chlorine allergy. Beautiful piano. My good friend is a piano teacher, I have to ask her about this brand.

Sounds like a lot of talent going around your house. I too love to play the piano, but if I got to play one of those, I just might wet my pants. Hehe

My daughter sometimes breaks out in hives on her face after swimming in pools. It only happens in one pool that happens to have a TON of chlorine. Is it possible that your daughter might be sensitive to the chemicals in the pool?

Sue said...

I wonder if it's a reaction to the chlorine, which is pretty rough on the skin.

A saltwater pool might be easier on her skin.

What a fun post Heather. You girls are gorgeous...I had to laugh at the shoe with the support boot...very clever!

Can't wait to see what you're up to. I'm not allowed to use power tools around here. Apparently some people think I have a short attention span and are worried I will cut my hand off.

Geez.

Thanks for a lovely link.
