{Recipe} 4-Ingredient Vegan Pancakes

I think I've finally found the perfect vegan pancakes that are actually healthy and delicious!  The basic recipe contains just four ingredients and can be customized with optional add-ins.  You can see the original recipe here.
1/2 cup of rolled oats (old fashioned kind)
1/2 cup unsweetened non dairy milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp baking powder
optional add-ins:
peanut butter powder
cocoa powder
To make:
Blend ingredients in blender until you have a smooth batter.
Cook pancakes on medium high, flipping after you see lots of bubbles in the batter.  
 I never had much luck with making pancakes until I got my electric griddle.
 Now it cooks perfect pancakes for me.
 I just have to be patient.  This recipe makes 4 small-medium pancakes-perfect for one serving.
 I added some warmed up blueberries and their juice, banana slices, peanut butter, blackberries and hempseeds to the top.
 They were light and fluffy
 And sooooo yummy!
