{Recipe} Cucumber Noodle Salad

This salad went together so quickly and easily.  It's perfect for your excess summer cucumbers and cherry tomatoes but you can make it all year round.
Ingredients:
1-2 large cucumbers, spiralized
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, diced
1/3 cup of your favorite salad dressing (I used Newman's Own Light Balsamic)
To make:
Put spiralized cucumbers in a bowl and pat them dry with paper towels to remove the excess moisture.  Add cherry tomatoes, onion and dressing. Toss to coat.  
Enjoy!

Sounds and looks yummy. Sometimes cucumbers bother my stomach but I'm thinking the "English" variety might work with this recipe.
