First Day of Spring!

The first day of Spring started out promising with lots of sunshine and warm breezes but it's gotten cooler and the sun is hiding right now.
I wanted to see if anything was blooming in my garden yet and I found a little something! Snowdrops, maybe?
These mini daffodils have survived a few snowfalls, let's hope the snow stays away and that they bloom soon.  Is anything blooming in your neck of the woods?

How exciting that even with all the crazy cold weather you have had that there are signs of life. Mother Nature is amazing!

Well my pear tree and plumb trees are in full bloom. And I cannot believe it but one of my little herb plants has made it through the winter and actually looks fairly good! We have has so much rain out way till it is almost impossible to get out in the yards and do anything! Hoping to plant a small garden soon! Your daffies are coming up beautifully! Hugs and blessings, Cindy

I don't recognize that, what is that foreign looking green stuff? I'll let you know when any of it shows up here.

Today was a disappointment. I was expecting a bit more warmth, but instead the wind was whipping and it made me sad. Thank goodness for free Rita's....the only sign of Spring I saw :)

My yard is so soggy. I'm afraid I I'll leave permanent indentations if I walk on it!

I don't see any flowers coming up yet, but I'm hopeful sprouts will appear soon.

Even little signs of spring like this are a blessing. - Of course you know by now that (yes) we have things blooming here already. Loving the start of spring.

We still have lots and lots of snow. And guess what? It is snowing as I visit you.
I will enjoy your photos and dream of spring. :-)

This is awesome! I love how spring is coming!

Especially the daffodils - they are my favorite!

I hope it stays warm so that they can start growing.

We have a few things blooming, like basil and some herbs, but we haven't planted too much yet!
