{WOYWW} 2.26.14 Kiss The Cast

Sometimes the dining room table is my work desk.
Right now it's covered with Kiss the Cast bags just waiting to be distributed at the upcoming cast party.
If you're not familiar with Kiss The Cast, it's a way of sending good wishes to the cast and crew of a theatrical production.  Parents, friends and family members who come to the show can fill out a card that has a Hershey kiss attached to it to be given to the cast and crew.

Well how cool is that!! Nice little gift :-) I didn't get to see anyone till now. We had to take my daughters dog back to Columbus ( a 3hour drive to have his staples out and 3 hours back ) it kinda killed the day you can say. But I got a pack of new markers oh I'm so bad! Sissy and I 36 & 37

I was not aware of that tradition! Busy looking "workdesk". I often use my dining room table when I need a larger work area. the only problem is more mess seems to come with working there. Diane #111

I love the Kiss the Cast idea! I didn't realize they were all put in a bag for the cast members. This is just so much fun!

I love this idea :) It's a great picture too. I can remember being in school and the table being covered with projects for us and I wish we have pictures of that :)

Hi Heather,

What a cool idea - that's a lot of bags so it must be a major production.

Happy belated WOYWW

I did not know that. I think it's a lovely tradition...and it must be born of being I the US, because of course, we don't have Kisses s sweeties here.
it makes your dining table laden with love!

Sorry it took me almost the whole week to get over here to visit you. I think Kiss the Cast is a fun idea and lets the audience do a little something special for the cast. Now how are you going transport all those?!
